Small factories and warehouses across Ranchi, Jharkhand and Bihar often buy electrical finishing and CCTV in the same project window. A combined BOM (bill of materials) reduces missed power points for cameras and double mobilisation. Use this checklist as a starting structure — adjust to your consultant design.
Electrical block (minimum lines to list)
- Incomer / sub-main protection (MCCB or as designed) with poles and kA if known
- DB ways for lighting, power, HVAC auxiliaries, and spare ways
- MCB schedule tied to circuit names (not only quantities)
- Power and control cable sizes with approximate lengths
- Industrial / yard lighting fixtures with mounting height notes
- Earthing accessories as specified by design (do not invent sizes)
CCTV block (minimum lines to list)
- Camera count by zone: gate, perimeter, loading bay, shop floor, stores
- Camera type preference if known (IP vs analog/HD-coax) — see our IP vs analog guide
- NVR channel count and retention days target
- Storage / HDD sizing approach (see NVR storage basics)
- Network switch / PoE notes for IP designs; coax + power plan for analog designs
- Monitor / viewing station location
Shared site utilities often forgotten
- Dedicated power for NVR rack and network switches
- UPS or stabiliser expectations (only if your design requires them)
- Conduit / trunking allowance between electrical and CCTV trades
- Outdoor IP ratings for monsoon exposure

FAQ
Should electrical and CCTV be one PO?
Commercially that is your choice. Technically, planning them together still helps even if POs are split.
Do you install?
This page focuses on supply conversations. Clarify installation scope separately with your contractor; ATRICL can supply against a clear list.
Any sample client list?
We do not publish invented client logos. Ask case-by-case if your tender needs references.
